Return Period
We offer a 10-day return window from the date you receive your item. During this period, you may request a return if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@zenzlifestyle.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations. We are also interested in hearing how we could improve our product to better suit your needs.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@zenzlifestyle.com so we can address the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items that have been damaged or worn out.
